HALL FACILITIES

The chamber has halls for use by members for product launches, exhibitions, seminars, training sessions, workshops etc.

Ground floor : A Conference hall with a capacity of 250 pax
First floor: A Conference hall with a capacity of 250 pax
First floor : Board Room / Mini hall with a capacity of 50 pax
Second floor : Board Room / Mini hall, Meeting Room with a capacity of 35 pax
Second floor : Corporate Lounge with a capacity of 50 pax
Second floor : Meeting room with a 8 pax

All the halls are available with or without Air conditioning. Other requirements like projector, white board and refreshments can be arranged on request.

CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN

NMCC is authorized by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade and Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India to issue Non-preferential Certificate of Origin to the exporters. We have been efficiently providing this service at a nominal cost for its members Exporters can get the certificate of origin and allied documents duly attested and signed

NMCC issues visa recommendation letters to representatives of member firms wishing to travel overseas for promotion of business and other related activities. Certain embassies/countries request for certification of visa application by the recognized Chambers. Our Visa Documentation helps in speedy processing the visas of member firms.

Certain countries insist on Chamber attested invoices and documents as pre-requisites for certain transactions and we have been efficiently providing this service at a nominal cost for its members.

BIC HELPDESK

The North Malabar Chamber of Commerce releases an email bulletin of relevant news, statutory compliance details and information related to Agriculture, Manufacturing, Trade, Commerce and Service sectors for the information of members businesses.

The Business Information Centre (BIC) also conducts regular helpdesk meetings with officials from District Industries Center for finding solutions to issues of members. Each meeting also focuses on a topic with a talk and interactive session. Topics range from Pollution, Food safety, Banking etc.

As part of the BIC activities, we conduct various workshops from GST troubleshooting to Commercial photography to commercial roof gardens based on feedback from members. We also give support in getting PAN application, GST registration, updating Directors Web-KYC among others.

AVASAR

The North Malabar Chamber of Commerce introduced "Avasar", our job fair and training division which holds job fairs at frequent intervals and also provides counselling on job prospects and directs them to training available at the chamber as well as other Government and Non-Governmental organisations where students and job seekers can get upskill themselves.
